Job Classification and Compensation Unit (JCCU) is mandated to develop, maintain and manage the job classification and compensation system for the Public Service.

The HRMU includes the office of the Services Commission and the Registry Section coordinates all HR activity as well as records management service. In effect, the HRMU facilitates the implementation of Governmental Regulations, Policies and Practices.
